Training routine:

I train one body part each day, having a day off when it is needed.
Legs - leg press 550 to 600 lbs, squats, stiff leg deadlifts, leg curls, leg ext, lunges and sissy squats.
Chest - incline D/B 80 lbs, flat bench 220 lbs, dips, cables.
Back - lat pulldowns 200 lbs, 1 arm rows 110 lbs, straight pushdowns, rows.
Shoulders - shrugs 310 lbs, rear, side and front cables, d/b press and upright rows.
Arms - tricep dips add 135 lbs, pushdowns, overhead extensions. Biceps, cable lying curls, d/b curls, half chins.
