Favourite music: the kind that gives me goosebumps, Like the band - George. Generally like a bit of everything.
Were you always strong or muscular? Any childhood memories you can share? I began freestyle wrestling @ 15 Yrs old.
What other sports have you participated in? Netball, touch football, water skiing, swimming, board paddling, running, wrestling. Now - competition Aerobics.
What motivates you to train? Music. Someone to train with. Myself.
Have you ever been involved in a battle of the sexes situation? yes! - many of times when I used to wrestle.. Still have the odd wrestle now and then.
What are your future goals? To Compete in Aeorobics at a high level, To be a life Coach.
