Were you always strong or athletic?  I was always athletic at school but only became strong through weight lifting in my late teens.

Any childhood memories you can share?  Spent a lot of time bike riding, go-karting and exploring with my friends.

What other sports have you played?  Basketball, swimming, running.

What other interesting achievements do you have?  Miss Fitness, Ms Fitness Model, Body Beautiful. Modelled for USA's Flex magazine - lingerie and bikini specials. Started own web site. Been a guest at the Playboy Mansion. Been on the cover of Ultrafit Magazine twice.

When/Why did you start lifting weights:  I started when I was 17 years old. I took it up to keep fit and I've always loved bodybuilders, so they inspired me.

What motivates you to train?  My partner and personal trainer. Staying healthy. Looking good for fitness modelling.

How do men and women react to your muscles?  Men love them, women tend to be jealous.

What are your future goals?  More fitness modelling, increase the membership of my web site, maintain my health, body and fitness.

Personal bests - chin-ups:  10. As far as the other exercises are concerned, I'm more focused on the shape of my body rather than how heavy the weights I am lifting are. I'm not a weight-lifter, I'm a body-builder.

Competition highlights:  Winning Miss Fitness, Ms Fitness Model (twice) and Body Beautiful and coming 4th in Australia in the IFBB Ms Figure.

Could you share some of your training routine with us:  2 body parts a day, 3 days a week for weight training and cardio 3 times a week for 30-60 minutes.
